Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Bryan R. Greenberg is a Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation attorney who represents injured workers throughout Southwest Florida.

Before joining All Injuries Law Firm, Bryan represented insurance companies and employers in the defense of injury claims. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of how insurers investigate claims, evaluate medical evidence, dispute benefits, and defend against injured workers.

Today, he uses that insight to help workers understand the system, protect their rights, and pursue the medical and wage benefits available under Florida law.

Experience From Both Sides of an Injury Claim

Before joining All Injuries Law Firm in 2017, Bryan worked for a large insurance-defense firm in Sarasota.

He represented insurance companies and employers in injury matters and learned how claims are analyzed from the defense side.

That experience helps him recognize:

• How insurers evaluate medical records
• Why treatment may be delayed or denied
• How prior medical conditions may be used to dispute a claim
• How wage and employment records affect benefit decisions
• What information adjusters and defense attorneys look for
• How insurers approach depositions, mediation, and settlement
• Which issues may cause an insurer to challenge compensability

Bryan’s role today is different. He represents injured people rather than insurance companies.

His prior defense work gives him a useful perspective when anticipating the arguments that may be raised against a client’s claim.

Board Certification in Workers’ Compensation

Bryan has been Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation by The Florida Bar since 2021.

Board Certification recognizes attorneys who have demonstrated specialized knowledge, skill, experience, professionalism, and competence in a particular area of law.

Certification requires substantial experience, peer review, continuing legal education, and successful completion of a written examination.

Only a limited number of Florida attorneys earn and maintain Board Certification in Workers’ Compensation.

A Southwest Florida Attorney With Local Roots

Bryan grew up in Charlotte County after his family moved to the area when he was a child.

He attended local schools, including Port Charlotte Middle School and Charlotte High School, graduating in 2008.

After earning his undergraduate degree, Bryan attended Stetson University College of Law. He later returned to his home community to represent injured people at All Injuries Law Firm.

That local connection gives him a personal understanding of the people, employers, industries, and communities that make up Southwest Florida.

Education and Early Legal Experience

Bryan earned a degree in Economics from the University of South Florida before attending Stetson University College of Law.

While in law school, he gained experience in trial advocacy, personal injury litigation, judicial decision-making, and sports law.

His legal training included:

• Interning for Judge Anthony Rondolino of Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit
• Observing and assisting with personal injury trials
• Discussing active legal matters with judges
• Working with an injury law firm during school breaks
• Participating in Stetson’s Trial Advocacy and Sports Law programs
• Interning at Minor League Baseball headquarters in St. Petersburg

Bryan was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015.

He later expanded his business education by earning a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
