Personal Injury and Auto Accident Attorney

Corbin S. Sutter represents people injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle crashes, falls, dog attacks, and other incidents caused by negligence.

His practice focuses on helping injured clients understand their options, deal with insurance companies, and pursue compensation for the medical, financial, and personal effects of an injury.

Corbin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was selected to the Super Lawyers® Florida Rising Stars list in 2025 and 2026.

A Lifelong Connection to All Injuries Law Firm

Corbin grew up around the work of All Injuries Law Firm as the son of attorney Brian O. Sutter.

He began working at the firm while he was still in high school and held several positions before becoming an attorney. His early responsibilities included answering phones, organizing legal documents, assisting with research, and helping attorneys and staff prepare client files.

That experience gave him an understanding of how personal injury cases are developed and how much careful work happens behind the scenes.

It also taught him that clients remember more than the legal result. They remember whether their calls were returned, whether they understood what was happening, and whether the people handling their case took their concerns seriously.

Representing People Injured Through Negligence

Corbin’s practice includes cases involving:

  • Car accidents
  • Motorcycle crashes
  • Pedestrian and bicycle accidents
  • Slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall injuries
  • Unsafe property conditions
  • Dog bites and animal attacks
  • Serious and permanent injuries
  • Wrongful death

He works with clients to document how an injury occurred, identify available insurance coverage, develop medical and financial evidence, and explain the decisions that may arise during a claim or lawsuit.

Corbin understands that the same injury can affect people differently. A crash or fall may prevent one client from returning to physical work, interfere with another client’s ability to care for family members, or create the need for ongoing medical treatment.

His approach is to understand how the injury has affected the individual client rather than viewing the matter only as an insurance claim.

Raised in Southwest Florida

Corbin was born in Fort Myers and raised in Port Charlotte.

He attended Peace River Elementary School, Kingsway Elementary School, Port Charlotte Middle School, and Port Charlotte High School.

After graduating from Port Charlotte High, he attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree focused on the English language.

He later earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and passed The Florida Bar examination on his first attempt.

Corbin returned to Port Charlotte to practice law in the community where he was raised.

Clear Communication and Careful Case Preparation

Corbin’s education in writing and communication continues to shape his work as an attorney.

Personal injury cases often involve extensive medical records, insurance documents, witness accounts, photographs, employment information, and expert opinions. That information must be organized into a clear explanation of what happened and how the client was affected.

Corbin works to make the legal process understandable for clients who may never have hired an attorney before.

He explains what information is needed, what the next stage of the case may involve, and which decisions belong to the client.

Million Dollar Advocates Forum

Corbin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Membership is limited to attorneys who have achieved a qualifying verdict, award, or settlement of $1 million or more.

He has also received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers.

Supporting Local Students

Corbin serves as an attorney coach for the Port Charlotte High School mock trial team.

He helps students develop skills in public speaking, legal reasoning, case preparation, witness examination, teamwork, and advocacy.

This role allows him to support students at the same high school he attended and remain involved in the Port Charlotte community.

What Clients Can Expect

Corbin understands that an injury claim can be unfamiliar and stressful.

He works to give clients a clear understanding of:

  • What information is needed
  • How the claim is being developed
  • What the insurance company is doing
  • Which options are available
  • What important decisions may arise
  • How the injury and losses are being documented

His goal is to keep clients informed, prepare their cases carefully, and make sure they understand the choices that may affect their recovery.
