Attorney Spotlight: Meet Corbin Sutter - A Lifelong Advocate for Southwest Florida
At All Injuries Law Firm, we take pride in having a team of dedicated and skilled attorneys who are deeply connected to our community. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Attorney Corbin Sutter, a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida who has been part of our firm in one way or another since his high school days.
A Southwest Florida Native with Deep Roots
Corbin Sutter is truly a product of Southwest Florida, having spent his entire life in the areas between Fort Myers and Tampa. Born in Fort Myers in 1989, Corbin was raised in Port Charlotte, where he attended Peace River Elementary, Kingsway Elementary, Port Charlotte Middle School, and later, Port Charlotte High School. As a proud Pirate alumnus, Corbin’s journey from student to attorney has been marked by a commitment to his community and a passion for the law.
After high school, Corbin attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language. This education sharpened his communication skills—an essential asset in his daily work as an attorney. Corbin continued his legal education at Stetson University College of Law in Saint Petersburg, where he excelled in courses related to injuries and insurance. Passing the Florida Bar Examination on his first attempt, Corbin officially joined the ranks of Florida’s legal professionals.
A Lifetime Immersed in the Law
Corbin’s connection to the legal field runs deep—his father, Attorney Brian Sutter, has long been a respected figure in the legal community. From a young age, Corbin was immersed in the workings of the law firm, starting with answering phones and sorting legal documents in high school. As he gained experience, Corbin took on more complex tasks, such as assisting attorneys with legal research and case preparation. Now, as a full-fledged attorney, Corbin’s familiarity with the ‘nuts and bolts’ of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security cases sets him apart.
In addition to his legal work, Corbin is passionate about giving back to the community. He serves as an attorney coach for the Port Charlotte High School Pirate mock trial team, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping students develop their advocacy skills.
Championing Justice in the Courtroom
Recently, Corbin’s dedication to justice was on full display when he successfully represented a client in a challenging legal battle. In March 2024, Corbin took on the case of a seriously injured client who had been involved in a devastating auto accident. When the opposing insurance company refused to offer fair compensation, Corbin didn’t back down. Instead, he took the case to trial, where he presented a strong, evidence-based argument on behalf of his client.
The jury was convinced, and the court awarded the injured client a $500,000 verdict—far exceeding the initial arbitration award. This victory not only provided the client with the compensation they needed to cover medical expenses and damages but also offered them a sense of closure as they focus on recovery.
Reflecting on the case, Corbin said, “We see the effects serious crash injuries have on people and families in our community on a daily basis. When insurance companies go out of their way to deny injured victims the compensation they deserve, often injured clients will only gain justice with the help of a lawyer. While we are unhappy our client was injured and had to go through this experience, we are thrilled that our client has received the compensation they deserve.”
A Bright Future for Southwest Florida
Corbin Sutter’s journey from Port Charlotte High School to the courtroom is a testament to his dedication, skill, and passion for helping the people of Southwest Florida. Whether he’s mentoring young students or fighting for the rights of injured clients, Corbin is committed to making a positive impact in our community.
We’re proud to have Corbin Sutter on our team at All Injuries Law Firm, and we know that with attorneys like him, the future is bright for the people of Southwest Florida.
